Post press production is where we turn printed sheets in finished packaging and product. This can range from carton boxes to notebooks to playing cards and we have a machine for every purpose. We have machines that do:

• Foiling
• Embossing/Debossing
• Die Cutting
• Folding
• Binding
• Stitching
• Gluing

We have a selection of presses ranging from single colour duplicators to six colour inline coating presses. We also have a UV Press that is able to handle those orders that require premium substrates such as Metpol for packaging that is a little bit more special.

The presses can handle paper sizes from A3 to 40″ x 56″ sheets and are capable of running 15,000 sheets per hour.

No matter the size or type of the job, we will have a press to meet those needs.

Our Pre Press facilities provide file preparation, separation and plate making services. When a designer releases their digital files for print, the first step is for the pre-press department to analyse them for any potential issues, this is called preflighting. At this stage, pre-press will communicate the issues to all parties involved and make suggestions on how best to separate the file for print.

Once all preflight checking is complete then separation of individual colours is done and printing plates are produced ready to go to press.
